Doug received an A.B. in economics with honors and distinction, and a B.S. in biology with distinction, from Stanford, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He has an M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and an MBA from Wharton, where he graduated with honors as a Siebel Scholar and Palmer Scholar.
